Eileen Lesnick - CEO
Ms. Lesnick is the Chief Executive officer of CLA and has spent 20
years in the computer leasing Business. Her administration and
managerial skills have assisted in the development of internal
control systems and financial programs that have resulted in CLA's
completion of tens of millions of dollars of equipment financing
transactions. Ms. Lesnick oversees special projects, corporate
research, and portfolio management. Prior to founding CLA, Ms.
Lesnick was employed by Price Waterhouse & Co. In addition Ms.
Lesnick obtained a trader's license and secured a seat and traded on
the NYFE (New York Future's Exchange). Ms. Lesnick has also been
heavily involved in raising equity and private funding for third
party leasing transactions.
David H. Lesnick - President
Mr. Lesnick began his career in equipment leasing in 1974 as a
marketing representative for a nationally renowned leasing company.
After his promotion to the position of Executive Vice President, he
was responsible for its marketing force consisting of more than 60
account executives throughout the country. It was his responsibility
to coordinate the administrative process for pricing, structuring
and completing equipment leasing transactions. Since the inception
of CLA Mr. Lesnick has developed close relationships with many
domestic and international financial institutions and Fortune 1000
companies. His familiarity and experience in the leasing industry,
coupled with his M/S in Psychology, make CLA one of the premier
leasing companies in the United States. Mr. Lesnick serves on the
Board of Trustees and Board of Directors of a number of charitable
institutions.
Glenn J. Lesnick - Vice President
Since 1994, Mr. Lesnick has served as Portfolio Administrator and
has managed the firms private placement income funds. In addition to
managing the end of lease process, Mr. Lesnick plays an instrumental
role in structuring lease transactions and vendor finance programs.
Mr. Lesnick is a founding principal of Israel IT Venture Fund, L.P.,
and Premier Ventures, L.P., venture capital funds focused on the
early stage financing of high technology companies. Since 1996, Mr.
Lesnick has served as President of Spectrum Asset Management, an
investment management and advisory firm. Prior to Mr. Lesnick's
experience at Corporate Leasing Associates, he worked as a trader of
commodity derivatives for Banque Paribas. Mr. Lesnick worked for
Oppenheimer and Company in 1992, where he successfully completed the
Series 7 and Series 63 examinations. Mr. Lesnick received his MBA in
Finance and Management from New York University Leonard N. Stern
School of Business and received a BA in Economics from Yeshiva
University.
